The #1 RULE that you can use to DRASTICALLY CHANGE YOUR LIFE
Great vid again chez! I think the secret too lies in the fact that when we practice a thing constantly for 2-3 years we can often reach a bit of diminishing returns, so why not pick up and add another skill where now we are new at it, and we can sky rocket that skill since we will get the “noob gains.” I think this is why in MMA all the fighters will may not be masters in all the disciplines but STILL pretty damn good at all of them, vs the single pursuit athlete who reaches unique highs due to their dedication to one art, but they never explore anything else.
Thank you for all you have done here on UA-cam. Youre a real inspiration....as a big fan of martial arts im learning capoeira and tkd. Ive ran into many discourging plateaus but your workouts that ive emulated helped me push past them. Its difficult trying to work out in martial arts and calisthenics, because there's not many people to draw from and it feels pretty isolating tbh, so thats why youre such a big help. And the biggest breakthrough for me was your example inspiring me to add jump rope to my workouts Also, your inspirational messages helped not only myself but close friends of mine as well. I really cant thank you enough, man. Keep being you, youre making a difference to people you dont even know or see!
This video resonated with me so much.
Do I get something for being 100th?😂
What's that song called it sounds perfect for shadowboxing
Love your heart brother 🥊🥊🥊 keep these videos coming!

Making a hard fist before during and through the impacf is key
Nice!!
Thank you so much ! I have never thought about it very much but I agree with you. You never know what you will need in the life. The more skills you will develop the better ! I very like this kind of videos! You are really great philosopher and your minds motivate me so much! Train hard and be kind...
I struggle with this too. But not because of other people's judgement, but because my own limited time and energy. I have trouble putting it all together.
Yes , 🙌
Footwork and head movement are so important and so overlooked. Great lessons 👍 appreciate it.
What song is this
You said you fast in the mornings. Do you workout before meals for the day? Also do you stretch before or after workouts? Thanks :)
Facts 💯💯
Amen brother!
Hello I wanted to know, how tall are you?
Bro please do share some wisdom about law of attraction if by chance happened to have light on the topic. If not it's ok bro. But thanks for today.
Lol i am and always have been the same way with hobbies. And i get good at what it is in the moment, because i obsess and learn quick. Even a while back when i first joined a mma gym they asked me if i had ever done boxing (self taught) and they were seemingly surprised i had no formal teaching done and the teacher even called me a "tape recorder" at some point bc id just catch on quickly. I think when you hobby hop youre constantly rewiring and learning shit that learning in general becomes easier, you catch onto things quicker, because the process of learning is seemingly never different whether youre learning a language or how to box. You get good in areas and you plateau in others, and you know what you need to do / work on to get better. Being new to something isnt fearful territory but familiar territory. That to me is the benefit of hobby hopping, i used to feel ashamed of it but it can be a gift in a way.
I was good at Baseball, water polo, wrestling, music, painting and poetry. This past 2 years I been dedicated to karate and kickboxing. So I can relate to having different interests.
Hey I just started MMA I’m 14 I need a quick but effective body weight workout that I can do 2 times a week I’m very busy with school Or can I do your six day I workout with less reps to make it quicker (still a beginner)
As a don key warrior I needed this thank you warrior
These last 2 videos are very much appreciated 🙏
I have a question 🙋♀️, are u Chinese? Or India 🇮🇳
I wanted to do the warriors program but hit a similar problem. I run 3/4 times a week and didn’t have time to catch up. So instead on my non running days I just grabbed my jump rope (10 minutes) kettlebells (40 minutes) and got back on the punch bag (20 minutes) and shadow boxing (10 minutes) sit-ups (3/5 hundred). I agree it’s the mindset that gets you through. So now on my non running days I squeeze as much of these exercises as I can within 50 minutes. Keep doing what you love Chez and makes you happy. I prefer to be a outlier than alpha or beta……. Or sigma 😂 Train Hard And Be Kind definitely includes training hard and being kind to yourself 🐉
Absolute brilliant. Love your content, the mixture. Love it
Thank you man I really needed to hear this🙏🫡 🤝 I'm also mentally built like this and a lot of people told me "ohh you lack discipline, ohh you can't focus on one thing for too long, how are you even gonna make it in life being like that? " and a lot of similar stuff like it's a bad thing. But now I can finally see the fruits of my labor and everything starts to make sense now. Why would I want to limit myself to one area of interest ? That would be boring af
They're correct. After a certain age (30 would be great, especially if you want a family) it's wise to choose a lane and stick with it for a while. Bc there's a difference between careers and hobbies.
& you're absolutely right about "fruits of your labor" 💯
I’ve always struggled with this thank you for making this video . The term for this is called being a multipotentialite btw
love u bro
Love u man so open
I just know to hit the like button when a vid gets posted 🥋just keep doing you bro!
Best regards from Brazil
I’m 35 and you just described my whole life. We are one, all of us.
I appreciate this video a lot. It’s true. I’ve watched so many regimen videos I have enough knowledge to make myself a routine. It’s about the mindset and obsession. The philosophies and experience. The DISCIPLINE. That needs to be worked on. Thank you Chez, excited for your next chapter.
Great topic warrior
You're a great storyteller! Thanks for the insights!
First
